This project was based around designing a publication using only a random book given to you from the public library, my book was ‘General History of the Caribbean - Volume 1‘ which was a text heavy book, and since I enjoy looking at photos in books rather than pages full of text I picked out most photos included and worked on them.

I decided to make a mini publication that would target museum visitors, so that it could be a small thing to remember from your trip to the museum that day. All images and information in the booklet was scanned from the original book, I wanted the focus to be the beautifully crafted art pieces and their locations on the map of the Caribbean.
